General Club Rules
- The club and facilities are for the use of Club Members and their approved guests only.
- Club Members must present their membership card or ID upon entry.
- Guest/s must sign in at the reception, and pay the applicable fees before using the facilities.

- All courts should be booked in advance and on a first-come first serve basis. (Please refer to Court Reservations rules.)
- Walk-ins accompanied by a member will be accommodated based on court availability.
- Only proper tennis attire (i.e., shorts or skirts, polo shirts or tops, and appropriate tennis shoes) is permitted while playing tennis.
- Non-marking tennis shoes must be worn to prevent damage to the indoor court surface.
- Members and guests MUST give due respect to the club property.
- Good behavior and sportsmanship are required both on and off the courts.
- Loud, boisterous, profane language, or excessive intake of alcoholic beverages or prohibited drugs including illegal gambling and other activities, both on and off the court, are strictly prohibited.
Court Usage Rules
- Courts must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the Club’s website.
- Guests cannot book a court without a Club Member.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved time.
- Do not drag chairs, benches, or heavy objects on the court surface.
- No food or drinks (except water) inside the court area.
- Do not lean on or pull the net to avoid damage.
- Keep noise levels reasonable, as sound echoes more indoors.
- Only standard tennis balls are allowed. Pressurized balls must be approved for indoor use.
- Players must return all balls and equipment after use.
- Only Club-accredited in-house coaches are allowed to conduct lessons in the Club.
- Coaching sessions must be scheduled through the Club Office.
Indoor Safety & Maintenance
- The court’s ventilation system must remain on during play for air quality.
- Players should stay hydrated, as covered courts can become warm.
- Only Club staff may adjust lighting and ventilation.
- Members must report any electrical or lighting issues immediately.
- Players are encouraged to warm up properly to prevent injuries.
- Injuries must be immediately reported to club staff.
- Players must clear all debris and equipment after play.
- Spills must be cleaned up promptly to prevent accidents.
- Rough play and non-tennis activities (e.g., soccer, running) are not permitted.

Membership Policies
- Annual Membership fee: Php10,000 (effective January 1 each year).
- Membership dues must be paid no later than December 31, with a grace period until January 15 of the following year.
- Membership is pro-rated for those who join mid-year.
- For the opening year (2025), the membership fee is set at Php10,000.00. Membership shall be effective starting 01 January 2026, but interested members may pre-register and use the court before that date..
- Lifetime membership is equivalent to 10x of the current annual membership fee.
- Guests must adhere to the Club’s Rules and Regulations, and must pay the applicable guest fee.
- Each Member may bring one guest per reservation.
- Guests are under the responsibility of the sponsoring Member.
- Memberships may be suspended or revoked by the Board for any of the following grounds:
- Repeated rule violations of Club Rules & Regulations;
- Damaging club property;
- Failure to pay membership dues;
- Misconduct deemed prejudicial to the Club.
- Termination of membership shall be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Tournaments & Events
- Members can join singles, doubles, and junior tournaments based on skill level.
- Tournament rules and formats will be posted one month before each event.
Miscellaneous Indoor Court Policies
- The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Found items will be kept at the reception desk for 30 days before disposal.
- Since the courts are covered, games continue rain or shine.
- In case of severe storms or facility damage, reservations may be rescheduled.
- Outside food and drinks are allowed, subject to a corkage fee.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Club for events.
